The Rafah terminal has been open for the 23rd day in a row to enable humanitarian aid to reach the Palestinians in Gaza, according to an official source at the crossing.
Stranded Palestinians can still use the land terminal, the source said, adding all the measures required for the crossing of the stuck people has been finalized.
Egypt has opened the Rafah terminal in a move meant to show solidarity with the Palestinian people.
President Hosni Mubarak has issued directives to ease the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip.
